the location was alright. i suppose the breakfast met my basic needs.
The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. It was a mess, and housekeeping did nothing about it. i had to use all the towels to mop up the water each time, and even then, it was never fully dry.

the location was perfect. i could easily access the adjacent Azrieli Center and the railway station that connects to other cities. a nearby market offered dining options. the room was spacious and also included a fridge.
the gym is not managed by the hotel, and i had a small issue related to attire that caused a delay in my workout routine. it was a minor inconvenience, though.

the staff's responsiveness impressed me. fabian at the front desk provided assistance beyond expectations. the location proved ideal for accessing various transportation options. i found the room spacious and quiet.
upon arrival for check-in, i faced some deposit issues. my debit card was not accepted, and a charge occurred nonetheless. this required multiple conversations to resolve, an inconvenience.
